Support can help with creating, opening, importing, and exporting Knowledge Packs; adding artwork photographs and documents; source-linked claims, gaps, conflicts, and research; Apple Intelligence availability and device compatibility; optional processing settings; app permissions; and crashes, unexpected behavior, or damaged files.

Reporting a problem

When available, include your device type and operating-system version, Hello Bernard version and build number, the steps that produced the problem, what you expected, and what happened instead. Include a screenshot only if it does not expose private collection information.

Protect private information

Do not email confidential collection records, ownership documents, financial information, credentials, or unredacted personal data.
